Role of the leader: the leaders are responsible for making the employees influenced and motivated towards performing their job roles. Prohibited ethical violation: it is the responsibility of the leader to take such strong action against any employee if he/she breaks the rules of the organization or do not maintain the ethical norms. The organization’s ethical considerations portrays its culture and beliefs. Hence, it is required to maintain the rules without any violation that can harm the reputation of the organization. The Bruce Highway Upgrade Program (QLD) has been successful in maintaining these factors and made the project successful and sustainable.
